You skip it because at 7:15am, 10 spare minutes is a luxury. You need something you can grab in 30 seconds, which isn’t the breakfast you’re meant to have. So it’s coffee now, something to kick hunger at 10:30, and another promise to sort breakfast out next week.
Nearly 40% of UK breakfast eaters say they often skip breakfast — and among 16–34-year-olds, it’s more than half. When that many people have the same problem, it probably isn’t a lack of discipline. The problem is the format.
Not a powder pretending to be breakfast. Tip a pack out and you can see what you’re eating: wholegrain oats, chia, ground flaxseed and the ingredients that make each flavour what it is — dark chocolate, coffee, apple, raisins, stroopwafel or speculoos. Yes, there’s whey protein in the mix too. That’s how we get to 20g. But the product still starts with proper food.
I like mine thick, so I use around 150ml of milk. Prefer it looser? Try 200ml. Either way, it’s filling, creamy and genuinely oaty — a breakfast you can drink, not a chalky powdered shake.
20g protein per serving. More than three medium eggs — before you’ve added the milk. Add 200ml of semi-skimmed and you’re closer to 30g.
Pour 150–200ml of whatever milk you drink into the shaker, tip in one Oatmore pack, give it a quick shake and put it in the fridge. About a minute, start to finish.
While you sleep, the oats soften, absorb the milk and the whole thing thickens. No cooking. No blender. Your fridge does the work.
Give it one more shake, take it with you and drink it cold. No spoon and no morning prep.
One minute tonight. 30 seconds tomorrow morning.
That’s it. Your breakfast is waiting before you even wake up.

Whey protein helps us reach 20g, but the product starts with oats and recognisable food ingredients — not a smooth powder blend.
Oatmore waiting in your fridge: about 30 seconds in the morning · 20g protein · No spoon. Now the usual alternatives.
0 minutes · Energy spikes · Still no breakfast
Fast, free and familiar. It just doesn’t solve the breakfast problem.
~10 minutes with the queue · £4-5 · Sugar crashes
Convenient once you get there. Less convenient when the queue is the thing making you late.
~2 minutes · Around £2 · Chalky aftertaste
Great if protein is the whole brief. Less convincing if you actually want breakfast.
5–10 minutes prep · About £0.40–£0.70 · Kitchen clean up
Cheaper? Absolutely. The question is whether you want to shop, portion and prep it regularly.

I’m trying to build Oatmore into a small family-run business with a simple idea behind it: make it easier for busy people to eat a proper breakfast, without turning breakfast into another job on the morning to-do list.
That means taking the harder route with the product. We start with oats, chia and flaxseed, then build flavour with ingredients you can actually see and taste — real coffee, dark chocolate, apple, raisins, stroopwafel and speculoos. Natural flavouring is used sparingly, where it genuinely helps. A flavour compound would be cheaper, simpler and perfectly consistent. Real ingredients aren’t. I think they make a much better breakfast - and so does your body, trust me.
That’s why the first tasting kit is £8.99. At this stage, honest feedback is worth more to us than profit. Join the waitlist, try all six, then tell me exactly what you think. Love four and hate two? Perfect. That’s useful.
No card. No charge. No subscription. Today, your name simply goes on the waitlist.
The first tasting kits are how we decide what Oatmore becomes. Your feedback will help choose which flavours make the first full range — and which ones go back to the kitchen.
