1 Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Byoneer B.V., Westerstraat 10, Unit D1197, 3016 DH Rotterdam, Netherlands. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2 What the site does

The site tells you about Oatmore and lets you join the waitlist for an upcoming launch. It is not a shop. There is no basket, no checkout, and we do not take payment or payment details here.

The information on the site is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise it is complete or error-free.

3 Prices and offers

Any prices, offers, and product details shown are indicative and may change before launch. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on the site obliges us to supply anything at a stated price.

Where a price is shown, shipping is charged separately unless the page says otherwise. Offers can differ between country editions of the site, and can be limited in quantity or withdrawn.

4 Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and is not an order. It does not create a contract to buy or to sell, it does not reserve stock, and either of us can walk away without owing the other anything. If and when the launch happens, we will contact you and you can decide then.

You must be at least 18 years old to join, and the details you give us should be your own and accurate, because they are what we will use to contact you.

We may decline or remove a waitlist entry if it looks automated, duplicated, or abusive.

5 Messages you receive

If you join the waitlist, we may contact you about the launch by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can stop these at any time using the link or instruction in the message, or by emailing hello@byoneer.nl. How we handle your details is described in our Privacy Policy.

6 Using the site properly

Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site, submit false waitlist entries, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access if you do.

7 Our content

The Oatmore name, the text, images, and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You are welcome to read and share links to it, but please do not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our permission.

8 Other companies’ services

The waitlist form and some site features are provided by third parties, and the site links to platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their terms, which will apply to you separately when you use them.

9 Our responsibility to you

We provide the site as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, or that a launch will happen on any particular date or at all.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the launch develop. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11 Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Rotterdam. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law and may bring a claim in your own country's courts.
